Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling or rescheduling your booking with us.
1. Full Refund Window
A booking can be cancelled for a full refund of any amount paid if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the original booking confirmation date.
2. Rescheduling Option
If you cancel your booking after the initial 7-day period but at least one month prior to your event date:
- The advance payment is non-refundable.
- However, you may apply the full amount paid towards a new booking for any available date within the next six (6) months.
- This is subject to spot availability on your desired new date.
3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than one month before the scheduled event date are not eligible for a refund or for the amount to be carried over to a future booking.
4. How to Cancel
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing by contacting us directly via email or phone.
We recommend securing your desired dates early, especially during peak seasons (December to February).
